无拘无束的单身男性Loft公寓 / 上海缤视智造

布局为本案设计的一大亮点，整个原始建筑空间是一个方形的box状态，4.5米不到的层高可以进行相对紧凑的阁楼搭建。一层主活动空间，起居、餐厨、卫生间功能齐全，阁楼部分以生活休息为主，除了休息区的卧室外设有诺干储物空间。以居家生活的动线为切入点，在功能上将卫生间做了细分处理：淋浴、洗簌台、马桶间都独立起来，在使用上可以同时进行互不影响。阁楼在搭建上保留了前厅的高度以及起居空间与休息区的挑空关系，一方面借助南向的主窗进行采光，另一方面添加各区域间的互动性和趣味性。上下层的主通道以圆型淋浴房为轴心，以此展开了整个空间。

无约束是本案设计上对业主个性最好的诠释。自由，以精神意识的形式而存在于空间当中。传统的三维立体空间之四维空间是时间，本案的第五维意识空间即是“光”。在当代建筑空间中，设计师喜欢通过各种形式、形态的表现将光唤醒。光永远不会受缚于空间造型之下，它会凝冻空间实体的形貌。看似不动的建筑空间往往能透过光的转向而变异。光在当代建筑中不是为了迎合喜新厌旧式的酷炫，也不是为了营造迷魅幻见，而是藉由让事物滑入“暖昧不明”，把感性从观念的限制里解放出来。在光谱之下，“收藏”遍布了满屋横梁，当个性与实用捆绑在一起时，这就是一个热爱运动、享受生活的大男孩的家。

“Light” is an important element of this apartment. Designers made every effort to present light in modern architecture. Light could not be restricted by form, but it could reflect what the space is like. It is possible to change the appearance of an architectural space by varying the light. However, it does not mean that light can be used to cater to people’s like or to create deceptive phantom. With the charm of ambiguity, light could set free people’s mind. Free is the best description of the owner and people could feel it from this apartment. The owner loves sports and he could put his collections on the supporting beam, making a unique identification of the space.
