The majestic André Latin hotel is located in the heart of the « Quartier Latin » close to the Luxembourg gardens and the Pantheon, in the 5th Arrondissement of Paris ; which is one of the oldest district in the capital with its typical streets and universities. After many months of renovations, the André Latin finally opens its doors to the public once again and unveils its fabulous new world. The hotel has been influenced by the Belle epoque, in the honor of André, the grandfather and the founder of the establishment ; a famous dandy of the 19th century. Fabien and Guillaume Sodano reinvented their hotel based on the codes extracted from that iconic era, with a modern twist and a friendly and welcoming environment, full of elegance and authenticity.

酒店的大堂致力于营造一个良好的休闲氛围，便捷的网络服务,精心打造的多语言图书角里还有来自世界各地的客人遗忘在这里的图书。酒店的大堂的长椅是办公空间的延伸，长椅区会常常准备一些可口的小点心。长椅旁边是一个留声机，在这个独一无二的声学环境中，酒店为顾客准备了各式各样的音乐，客人可以根据自己的兴趣随意挑选。

The hotel lounge, dedicated to leisure, includes a desk with an internet station, a multilingual library consisting of carefully selected books, but also forgotten books by customers worldwide. The benches of the lounge bar are the extension of the officeAnd are at any time , ready for a snack to be served. Next to it, there is a turntable, which includes a wide range of music available to guests, that can in turn be picked individually, which creates a unique sound design surrounding.

客人可以从街道直接进入这个有34个座位的酒吧，一进入酒吧就会感受到家的温馨。酒吧整体的氛围十分温馨，设计者巧妙地把奢华舒适的沙发，咖啡色大理石桌，镜子，五十年代装饰艺术风格的插图还有家具等等元素结合在一起。酒吧完美的折射出Latin Quarter的精神。这个与众不同的酒吧开放而且包容，对各式各样的人群敞开怀抱。酒吧还有全年无休的DJ和一些临时的表演。

建筑的创意集中在第一层，包括四个独立的区域：大堂/概念店和接待台，客厅和酒吧。设计师对酒店逐层逐细节的进行了设计构思。Michael Malapert一直在努力恢复André hotel的灵魂，其设计灵感来自于于十九世纪纨绔主义的起源和历史。历史的印记和时尚的观念碰撞融合出这种设计方法。建筑师尝试在两个世界之间建立一种对话，传播出诗意的信号，捕捉到充满生机的魅影。作为一栋历史遗迹，原始的墙壁被保留下来。酒店只选用一些名贵的材料，比如大理石，黄铜，实木，斜面镜，精美花纹的墙纸，黑白相间瓷片的铺底，以及制作精良的名贵桌椅。The André Latin hotel是一个演进至今的场所，它不仅仅服务酒店的客人，而且每天都在服务社会大众。

The bar welcomes visitors into an immersive world, a «home sweet home» filled with 34 seats (including terrace) directly accessible from the street. The warm atmosphere that prevails is partly revealed。By a clever combination of comfortable sofas in luxurious tweed, marble bistro tables, mirrors, Art Deco illustrations and furniture from the fifties. Our bar perfectly reflects the spirit of the Latin Quarter and welcomes all generations, in this unusual place.The programming of the bar is accentuated throughout the year with DJ sets and ephemeral events.

The creative energy has firstly been focused on the ground floor, it comprises four distinct areas; The lobby / concept store and reception desk, the living room and the bar. The general redevelopment was conceived from floor to floor, detail by detail. Michael Malapert has been working to revive the soul of the André, inspired by the origins and history of dandyism of the 19th century. This approach was born by stimulating fusion between the codes of a historical time to those of contemporary artistic values. The purpose of the aim of the exercise was to create a dynamic dialogue between the two worlds, to spread a poetic message, capturing all the charm of this place that had many lives. Some original walls were protected to uphold the heritage of the building. The furniture is designed from 50 legendary blueprints using only noble materials (marble, brass, solid wood, beveled mirrors) alongside the wallpaper graphics, while the black and white ceramic paving accompanies the lighting fixtures, Gubi and Delightfull facing the «bistro» tables and the seats covered with Kvadrat. The André Latin hotel is today a place of evolution, not reserved exclusively for hotel guests, but open to all, every day.

无障碍客房   Sneak Peek at the first rooms

酒店的一层有两间为残疾人设计的房间。设计者投入很多心思去推敲光照和私密性，选用高质量的床上用品，做好每一个细节，给客人提供最好的呵护。所选的材料（皮革，实木，黄铜制品）都是为了客房温馨的气氛，每个房间都有一张宽敞舒适的床，一个起居室，一个电视和一个衣柜。浴室都配备了精致的淋浴头和所有必要的设施，客人一定会感受到家的温馨。

The ground floor also hosts the first rooms, two of which, are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Particular attention has been given to light filtering, privacy, the highest quality of bedding and sweet details that express care and comfort in soft and soothing environment. The chosen materials (leather, solid wood, brass products) recreate the rooms felted atmosphere. Each room hosts a spacious and comfortable bed, a sitting area, a TV and a wardrobe. The bathroom are equipped with a beautiful shower and all the required facilities for the greatest comfort.
