松树屋丨俄罗斯加里宁格勒丨LINE DESIGN

“松树屋”是一种小型度假屋/旅租的概念，位于加里宁格勒州库尔斯沙嘴地区。其主要理念和潜力在于在当地创造了一个如住宅建筑一样舒适，但面积小巧的完整住宅单元，让人们可以远离城市喧嚣。

Pine House is a concept of small holiday homes / vacation rentals located on the territory of the Curonian Spit, Kaliningrad region. The main idea and potential of the concept is the creation of a local, full-fledged unit in the form of a comfortable residential building with a small area, where a person can escape from the bustle and noise of the city.

我们的项目是在一片小树林中建造三栋房子，但未来房子的数量可以增加，地点也可以根据所需的地形而调整。每栋房屋都是完全独立的，有自己的供暖、供水和空调系统。

Our project presents the location of three houses in a small forest area, but in the future the number of houses can increase, and the location can be adapted to the required terrain. Each house is absolutely autonomous, has its own heating, water supply and air conditioning system.

每栋房屋的一楼布置有入口玄关、厨房，以及一个有雨棚的露台。二楼有浴室和起居空间。卧室正对巨大的观景窗。

On the ground floor of each house there is an entrance hall, kitchen and access to a partially covered terrace. On the second floor there is a bathroom area and a living room area. The bedroom is located in front of a large view window.
