中古焕“星”·小四 · 杭州私宅设计丨中国杭州丨良人一室空间设计

本案坐落于杭州梅灵北路三天竺灵隐区内。建筑为一座三层、拥有倾斜屋顶与宽阔露台的白色别墅，掩映在山麓之中。毗邻晨钟暮鼓的灵隐寺，又可遥望西子湖。介于城市与山林之间，使其难得有一份平衡与周至。设计师将自然、人文景观充分纳入，使室内外互文，构造一方寻觅隐逸风雅、放松灵魂与身心的山舍。

01TWO-PASS

回游

深色木纹理充满了细节张力，和简洁的柜体造型互相承托，材料的转换也暗示空间功能的变化。玄关柜特意与吊顶保持脱离关系，形成空间切割的同时，也保持了空间的连贯性。

The dark wood texture is full of detail tension, and the simple cabinet shape supports each other. The transformation of materials also implies the change of spatial function. The entrance cabinet is deliberately separated from the suspended ceiling, forming a space cutting while maintaining the continuity of the space.

面向客厅的一面安装了不锈钢材质，镜面的折射效果弱化了柜子整体的体量感，自然而然的模糊了立面和平面的界限，视觉上拓展了空间尺度。

The side facing the living room is installed with stainless steel material. The refraction effect of the mirror weakens the overall volume sense of the cabinet, naturally blurring the boundary between the facade and the plane, and visually expanding the spatial scale.

金属、塑料、镜面材料都是 20 世纪中期现代主义风格非常重要的标志性特点，不同材质的介入和并置也使得整个空间更富有层次。

Metal, plastic, mirror materials are very important iconic features of the mid-20th century modernist style, and the intervention and juxtaposition of different materials also make the whole space more hierarchical.

新增的造型柱，简洁的线条是整体风格上的一种延续，在空间上限定出了客厅的区域，重新建立了空间秩序，同时也明晰了第二个回游动线。

The new molding column and simple lines are a continuation of the overall style, defining the living room area in the upper limit of space, re-establishing the space order, and also clarifying the second swimming line.

客厅的家具的摆放形式是灵活的，突出自由开放式平面的优点，营造轻松舒适的氛围。地面采用了有岩石纹理的地砖进行铺贴，将室外的自然元素延伸到室内，也更好的承托出家具流畅的轮廓，和有机简洁的线条美。

The layout of the living room furniture is flexible, highlighting the advantages of a free and open plan to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The floor is paved with rock texture tiles, extending the outdoor natural elements into the interior, and better supporting the smooth outline of the furniture and the beauty of organic and simple lines.

沙发背后的墙面用一组壁挂系统代替定制家具，给整个空间带来更松弛的空间肌理，和造型柱的搭配增加了空间的纵深感。

The wall behind the sofa is replaced by a set of wall hanging system, which brings more relaxed space texture to the entire space, and the collocation of modeling columns increases the depth of the space.

吊顶用大面积的胡桃木材质，也和造型柱的材质相呼应，同一种材质的不同运用，强化了客厅的功能分区，形成了设计语言的对话。窗外的光线经过温润的木质折射进入室内，更加柔和静谧，光线在时间上延续。

A large area of walnut wood is used for the suspended ceiling, which also echoes the material of the molding column. Different uses of the same material strengthen the functional partition of the living room and form a dialogue in the design language. The light outside the window is refracted into the room through the warm wood, which is more gentle and quiet, and the light continues in time.

软装上以白色、木质色调和自然石材肌理为底色，加入更跳跃的暖色调打破沉闷，单椅的皮革和玻璃的碰撞，茶几流畅的线条和剑麻地毯的材质的对立，色彩的混搭，和材质的对立、并置，带来全新且丰富的空间体验。

Soft installation with white, wood tone and natural stone texture as the background color, adding more jumping warm tones to break the dull. Single chair leather and glass collision, coffee table smooth lines and sisal carpet material opposition, color mixing, and material opposition, juxtaposition, bring a new and rich space experience.

书房位于客厅电视柜的后方，两个空间共用一段柜体作为隔断。两扇对称的移门不仅是形式感的延续，更多是功能性上的关照。

The study is located behind the TV cabinet in the living room, and the two Spaces share a cabinet as a partition. The two symmetrical sliding doors are not only a continuation of the sense of form, but also a functional care.

书房同样使用了胡桃木纹的元素，材质的延伸，也是空间的一种延伸。移门关闭的时候，使得书房保持相对独立性；移门打开的时候，客厅和书房空间又能融合贯通，自然地形成了第三个回游动线，赋予空间更多可能，不再局限于墙体和空间的桎梏。隔断柜一体两面，房间移门同时也是书柜的移门，同时又把折叠床的功能置入，形成一个多功能房间，亲戚偶尔到访也可以作为客房使用。

The study also uses walnut grain elements, the extension of the material is also an extension of the space. When the door is closed, the study can maintain relative independence; when the door is opened, the living room and study space can be integrated and connected, naturally forming a third back walking line, giving the space more possibilities, and no longer limited to the shackles of the wall and space. The partition cabinet is one with two sides, the room sliding door is also the moving door of the bookcase, and the function of the rollaway bed is placed into the room to form a multi-functional room, which can also be used as a guest room when relatives occasionally visit.

02 STARLIGHT 生辉 主卧入口的悬空柜延续了过道衣柜的材质，物理上形成一个等长的过道空间，使得进入卧室更从容，同时柜体遮挡了衣帽区的入口，可以减少睡眠干扰。

The hanging cabinet at the entrance of the master bedroom continues the material of the aisle wardrobe, physically forming an equal length of aisle space, making it easier to enter the bedroom. At the same time, the cabinet blocks the entrance of the coat and hat area, which can reduce sleep disturbance.

卧室大面积的留白，带给人一种宁静的感觉，和沉稳的胡桃木色都是睡眠空间需要的，穿插其中的黑色壁灯和床品，让整个卧室传达出安定而有力的感觉。

The large area of white space in the bedroom brings a quiet feeling, and the calm walnut color is needed for sleeping space. The black wall lamps and bedding interspersed among them make the whole bedroom convey a stable and powerful feeling.

原有的北次卧被改造成衣帽间，并纳入主卧套房内。并且采用了灵活的模块化的衣架系统，用利川帘遮尘，整洁有效，奶白色的玻璃折叠门可以把门洞最大程度的敞开，也可以将采光引入卧室过道。

The original north second bedroom was converted into a cloakroom and incorporated into the master suite. And the use of flexible modular hanger system, Lichuan curtain to cover the dust, clean and effective, milk white glass folding door can open the door to the maximum extent, but also can introduce light into the bedroom aisle.
