这是一套年轻夫妇业主委托的平层精装改造住宅项目，希望通过精准巧妙的设计重置主要空间，保留部分次要空间，在平面布局不做大调整的原则下，重新构思每个独立空间的装饰和布局，

This is a flat refurbishment residential project commissioned by young homeowners. They aim to reset the main spaces with precise and clever designs while retaining some secondary spaces. Without making major adjustments to the floor plan, they seek to rethink the decoration and layout of each independent space, creating an orderly, easy-to-maintain, practical, and durable beautiful new home for themselves.

作为业主以后的第一居所，设计团队用大量温暖的木饰面装饰客餐厅墙面，隐形柜体藏在木饰面后面增加客餐厅储物收纳，并不显突兀。

As the first residence for the homeowners, the design team used a large amount of warm wood veneer to decorate the walls of the dining area. Concealed cabinets hidden behind the wood veneer were added to increase storage space for the dining area, blending seamlessly and not appearing obtrusive.

如何把日常喝茶的功能与客厅的现代调性融合，是个小小的挑战。

为此我们设计并定制了一组独特双面可坐的沙发，把客厅分为两个功能区域，大会客区围合沙发是家人日常活动区域，为窗边有阳光的喝茶区，原创设计并定制了适合空间尺度的原木茶桌茶柜，

搭配上花艺，是喝茶也是东方美学氛围角。

Integrating the functionality of daily tea drinking with the modern ambiance of the living room posed a small challenge. To address this, we designed and customized a unique double-sided sofa, dividing the living room into two functional areas.

The larger seating area enclosed by the sofa serves as the family’s daily activity area, while the tea drinking area by the sunny window features an original design and custom-made wooden tea table and tea cabinet tailored to fit the space. Paired with floral arrangements, this area embodies both the act of tea drinking and an atmosphere of Eastern aesthetics.

业主爱做饭有喝酒的喜好，原本餐厅空间阔绰，因此构思在长方形餐厅布局上，利用角落靠墙做一排装饰酒柜，层板上可陈列常温酒和器皿，玉石侍酒台质感温润好打理，整面围合户型洞石背景跟圆弧门洞造型呼应，

The homeowners enjoy cooking and have a penchant for drinking, so the dining area originally had ample space. Therefore, we envisioned utilizing the corners along the walls in the rectangular dining layout to create a decorative wine cabinet. Shelves can display room temperature wine and utensils, while the jade stone wine serving counter offers a warm and easy-to-maintain texture.

The entire design complements the arched doorway and the stone background of the housing unit, with a facing Western-style kitchen cabinet to enhance storage capacity.

书房原地板年代感的拼花其实细节很美丽，保留下来。增加书架，重新搭配为homework room。

The original parquet flooring in the study exudes a sense of vintage charm, with its intricate details adding to its beauty. By preserving it and incorporating new bookshelves, we transformed the space into a homework room.

主卧是当代又复古的浅暖色基调，宽大的床屏成围合型，复古幽暗深蓝色磨砂皮质感，跟房间内其它弧形角融通气顺，窗前舒适的躺椅满足每一个沉浸阅读的夜晚。

The master bedroom features a contemporary yet vintage light warm color scheme, with a spacious bed screen creating a cocoon-like enclosure. The vintage dark navy suede texture harmonizes with the other curved angles in the room, while the comfortable lounge chair by the window caters to every immersive reading night.

主卧地毯配色呼应床围，温柔深沉的蓝色系。

The carpet in the master bedroom complements the color scheme of the bed enclosure, featuring a gentle and deep blue color palette.

客房延续圆弧元素，衣柜处理成大弧角拉手用圆润实木，大地色系营造一个轻松温暖的卧室空间。

The guest room continues the theme of curved elements, with the wardrobe handles crafted from rounded solid wood. Earthy tones are used to create a relaxed and warm bedroom space.

面积最小的儿童房反而是布局最复杂的，要打造好玩好用的成长型空间，利用每一寸做储物，错层设计后1.5米的床无论是宽度和高度都不显局促，楼梯储物格楼上的安全玩耍空间都会是小盆友的快乐天地。

The smallest children’s room actually has the most complex layout, as we aim to create a functional and enjoyable space for growth, utilizing every inch for storage. The bunk bed, with a height of 1.5 meters, doesn’t feel cramped due to the staggered design. The storage compartments under the stairs and the safe play area upstairs will be a joyful haven for the little ones.
