这种宏伟的混凝土墙建筑，以一种非常醒目和优雅的现代风格，探索亲密关系、家庭生活、空间扩展和透明度之间的复杂关系。它受到利马传统民居的启发，它对一个内向的方案做出反应，在那里，街道的正面不透明和抽象，通过一个叫做ZAZ的单一空间，在室内产生了一个生动的庭院。
它位于秘鲁首都利马，2013年由建筑公司巴克利设计。
从街道上看，房子表面的质朴，一旦我们在室内花园和室内花园里，就会变得流动、透明和明亮。
