A SECRET GARDEN CLOSEST TO THE STARRY SKY

引言 INTRODUCTION

‘在城市钢筋混凝丛林下，城市生活的高压竞争环境对个体冰冷的消磨，造成自我认知的焦虑蔓延在每个人心中。在繁华喧嚣的都市中，每个人心中都有一处理想的秘境花园，看绿谷飞瀑，拥抱无垠星空。而远离世俗的屋面，成为那片城市中隐匿的净土。’

Being in the urban concrete jungle, high-pressure environment of urban life wears us down, causing widespread anxieties in city dweller’s heart. In the hustle and bustle of the city, everyone seeks for an ideal secret garden in their pursuit of refuge - embracing the boundlessness of the starry sky and watching the waterfalls in the greenest valleys. Being away from the ordinary daily life on the ground, the rooftop becomes a reverie of urbanity and a special place to reflect upon ourselves.

广州龙湖金地天峯项目位于广州市番禺区原番禺客运站。项目位于地铁三号线东延，结合城市立体都荟 TOD 综合体，打造城市之上 TOD 精致人居标杆社区。由于本项目坐落于屋顶层的居住塔楼之间，高居综合体之上的特点赋予了本案超脱拔俗的场地条件，也为设计的展开提供了独特的切入点。

Guangzhou Longfor Jindi Peak Project is located in the former Panyu Passenger Terminal in Panyu District, Guangzhou City. The project is located in the east extension of Metro Line 3, combined with urban hub TOD complex to create a "TOD living community above the city", an exquisite residential benchmark community. The site is situated on the roof level surrounded by residential towers, giving it an extraordinary characteristic of being high above the ground. This characteristic inspired us to have a unique aspiration for the design.

城市的屋面提供了一个与地面脱离的“世外秘境”。尤其在喧嚣的都市中，天然僻静的屋面更显珍贵。在这里人们可以跳脱自己的社会身份，而仅作为一种纯粹的个体状态，静心感受自我内心世界的内探。团队希望在这个位于 TOD 综合体交通枢纽平台之上的屋面社区空间，还给城市一座“离星空最近的花园”。

The roofs of the city provide a "secret sanctuary" separated from the hustle and bustle of the city. Being in the urban environment, a realm of tranquility becomes even more precious. Here people can escape from their social identities and ordinary everyday life, and quietly experience the introspection of their inner world. The team hopes to create a sanctuary that encourages quality humanistic life in this rooftop community - "a secret garden closest to the starry sky".

因为更接近星空，它成为都市人心中的遐思；因为更远离喧嚣，它使我们得以窥见内心深处的自己。

Because of its proximity to the starry sky, it becomes a reverie of urbanity. Because farther away from the hustle and bustle, it gives us a glimpse of our inner selves.

无论是在挪威的森林、印度洋的海岛还是新疆的小木屋前，当我们抬头仰望晴朗夜空，满天星河都会令人触动，会将我们短暂抽离出生活中的琐碎和日常。这一刻我们会由衷的感叹宇宙的宏大和自然的壮美，亦可体会到人类的渺小。

Whether we are in the forests of Norway, islands in Indian Ocean, or in front of a wood cabin in Xinjiang, whenever we look up at the clear night sky, the starry sky always pulls us away from the trivialities of daily routines in life. At this exact moment, we marvel at the grandeur of the universe and the splendor of nature, and eventually come to realize the insignificance of human beings.

屋顶之上的“有限”与“无限”

“Finites” and “Infinites” of the Rooftop

位于城市 TOD 屋面之上的场地由居住塔楼围合出了一个下沉式空间。项目的难点包括了场地面积“小”，中心存在四米“坑”；消防登高场地“大”；周边用地“杂”等设计需要解决的难题。在客观建设条件下屋面空间是有限的，但当我们有了怀抱星空的设计理念为初心，如何将有限的屋面连接着的无限的天空，让屋顶承载超出自身的无限意义，便成为了我们如何创造场景体验的主要命题。

The rooftop is surrounded by residential towers with a sunken space in the middle. The challenges of the project include a "limited site", a "four-meter pit" at the center, "large fire-fighting area", and "miscellaneous surroundings". Based on our design precept of embracing the starry sky as the conceptual driver, we begin to formulate our main proposition to create immersive experience that aims to strengthen experiential connection with the starry sky above.

围合的景观空间屏蔽了外界的喧嚣，也提供了自我内探的条件。内探的体验成为了我们让屋面空间具备更深刻价值的设计命题。我们最初的共识就是，在寸土寸金的地方，要尽量增加更多高差和体验感，在曲径通幽中能小中见大，以此来增加空间丰富度。设计团队希望在有限条件下，通过空间的重新组构以及秘境花园的场景打造，以一种源于安缦式“平和，宁静”的自然章法来进行设计。

The residential towers shield the hustle and bustle of the outside world and also provides conditions for self-exploration. Our initial consensus was that in an urban environment where land is at a premium, we should maximize the immersive experience of nature by using height differences to create experiential richness in visitor journeys. We took a design approach derived from Aman’s curation of peace and tranquility to implement into our secret garden experience.

设计策略通过“内核型”的下沉式景观布局，围绕下沉式庭院核置入了多条体验路径与场景，既利用了核心空间的四米下沉式天井，也在串联游线导入的同时将复合的多层次体验融合于高差当中，成为本项目的独特亮点。

Our landscape adopts an inward strategy and curated experiential paths and scenes around the sunken courtyard at the core. Multi-level experience integrated into the height difference has become a unique highlight of our landscape design.

我们以“寻找星空”的主题场景串联游线，象征着人类对真理的探索。为了更好地增加沉浸式的游览体验，我们利用地形、种植和构筑等创造森境、云境、崖壁等多样场景，为来者构建起一场寻找星空的梦幻旅途。下沉式景观所产生的丰富动视线关系在游历的内探过程中达到意境与情感的融合，极大地丰富游览者深入谷中的过程体验。

We connect visitor journey through the theme of "Searching for the Starry Sky" in the spirit of self-exploration. In order to better enhance the immersive experience, we use terrain, planting and shelters to create natural scenes such as forests and cliffs. The experience of exploration into the valley integrates artistic conception and emotional resonance to nature.

核.秘境绿谷

THE SECRET VALLEY AT THE CORE

中国明代哲学家王阳明曾说“宇宙便是吾心，吾心便是宇宙”。花园正中心便是一个下沉式的秘境绿谷。下沉式景观庭院是场所之“核”，由外到内的游览体验寓意着每个人心中的“外儒、内道、佛心”。屋顶超脱拔俗的场地气质提供了人们仰望星空，内探本我的空间。个人内心世界与容纳星宿的宇宙紧密联系，通过内心的反省和修行，来体悟宇宙天地万物的理。

Wang Yangming, a Chinese philosopher of the Ming Dynasty once said, "The universe is my heart, and my heart is the universe". In the center of the garden is the sunken green valley. The sunken courtyard is at the "core" of the project, and the experience of inward exploration is a representation of Chinese philosophical way of thinking. The otherworldly temperament of the roof provides a space for people to look up at the stars and reflect upon ourselves. Our inner world is closely connected with the universe. Through inner reflection and practice, one can understand the rationale of all things in life and in the grand cosmos.

这个长满芒草和大树的花园，就如鸿濛伊始，是每个心中内核中最自然的地方，童年与梦想孕育其中。当孩子们穿梭在芒草间、树林下，小手轻抚着像麦穗一般的芒草，就能感受到那种身在闹市，心远地自偏的超然生活方式。这里能够帮助人们沉淀心灵，平复情绪，找到内心的宁静和平衡，最终回归自我，实现一场现代人的精神救赎之旅。

This garden overgrown with Miscanthus and trees is the most natural place in everyone’s heart where dreams are born. When children shuttle between the grass and under the trees, they can also feel the spiritual detachment from being in the city. The valley helps people settle their minds, calm their emotions, find inner peace and balance, and finally obtain spiritual salvation.

跃星阶.森间探奥

STARRY STEPS THROUGH THE FOREST

这是一条可抵达中心会所建筑的多功能立体连桥。连桥上既有观景平台也有台阶剧场，既连接了下沉景观庭院，亦可进入坡地上的浮岛花园。这里提供了我们向上攀登星空的阶梯，婆娑的树影让每一步登跃都闪烁着璀璨的光辉。

This is a multi-functional footbridge that takes visitors to the central clubhouse building. It provides viewing platforms as well as a stepping theatre, and connects the sunken courtyard to the floating platform cabins scattered on the valley slope. As we climb up to reach the stars, the shadows of the trees take us further into the valley.

树宇之上，俯仰之间，感受此间无尽的自然，恍然已入谷深处。一边俯瞰整个花园，星空碧潭掩映在树林中，另一边也可以看到一条连接归家大堂的连廊半隐半显于林荫间。当上下多重交通叠加，构成了一个多维可游可停的场景。

Under the canopy and in-between the tree branches, you can feel the immersion in nature. Here you can overlook the garden on one side to see a pool hidden in the forest, and look the other way to see a path leading to the residential lobbies also hidden among the trees.

逐碧波.涯壁求真

SKY POOL ON THE CLIFF

泳池为本区域打造的重点，下沉景观庭院与抬高的泳池区域形成一片完整的崖壁，下方结合设备房，利用高差打造崖壁之上的无边际泳池。沿着泳池区域挑空平台的边缘设有景观水瀑，形成下沉花园的中心对景。泳池犹如建在一座悬崖边上的碧潭，拥有与外界隔绝的专属感。崖壁边源源不断涌出的泉水，四季滋润谷间。

The raised sky pool is a focal space next to the sunken courtyard. The height difference forms a cliff wall facing the central garden, and the waterfall along the edge of the infinity swimming pool becomes a focal garden feature, creating sounds of water that enhances sense of immersion and seclusion. The water nourishes the valley in all seasons.

栖秘谷.仰望星空

POCKET PLATFORMS UNDER THE STARRY SKY

秘谷中有精灵栖居的浮岛平台散落其间。设计中希望充分发挥下沉式场地属性，打造一个可玩、可社交、可独处的景观秘谷。崖瀑之下是共享社交平台和活动草坪，而崖瀑的对岸是漂浮在绿坡中的私享浮岛平台，动静之间相得益彰。

There are pocket platforms scattered throughout the valley. The design takes into consideration of the sloping landform and created mini pocket spaces for rest, play and socialize. Beneath the platforms at the bottom of the slope is the central activity lawn.

抬头仰望，即使周身是骇人的高楼，但却看到了无垠的星空。森屿之间的专属私密感以及度假风情，让来者洗尽来时纤尘，回归内心最柔软的故乡。于此将安缦式的“野奢与安乐”完美演绎，让期待得以兑现。

Even when surrounded by residential towers, when you look up at the sky, the exclusivity of the area and sense of comfort allows full appreciation of the starry sky above, like being in an Aman’s luxury resort while immersed in a curated experience.

踏流云.童心寻返

NEBULA SPACE AMONGST THE CLOUDS

我们踏着云彩，拨开遮挡的云雾，看到一条飘逸的流云绸带，牵萦着我们梦返谷中。蓝色的铺地如倒映于地面的天空，折动的线条如风吹流云引向林间。以蓝、灰、白三色为主题色，设置打造“星河流云”主题儿童乐园。场地内设有星云跑道、泡泡阶梯等主题场景，且按照不同年龄段分区打造。周身大大小小的圆形构筑，是其间上下浮沉的梦幻泡泡。

As we step on the clouds, we see a flowing ribbon that leads us to the valley of dreams. Sky blue colored paving guide us into the forest along with the wind, and forms the Nebula playscape as a paradise for children’s play. The area is equipped with features such as nebula runway and bubble staircase, with programmes arranged according to different age groups. The rounded play structures are like childhood dreamy bubbles that floats in-between the sky.

洗尘.归家入户

HOMECOMING EXPERIENCE

当我们踏上回家的路线，从自然中洗涤完一身疲惫，这里给我们所带来了片刻的宁静。自然的洗涤也终将给予我们重整后再次重新出发的勇气。然而，我们不能永远停留在这里。我们终归需要回归地面与现实。

Every time when we return home, the journey through nature and the moment of tranquility refuel us to embark on our next journey. Unfortunately, we cannot stay here forever. Ultimately, we are bound to return back to the ground and the reality of everyday life.

结语 REMARKS

屋顶之上，我们可以感受到一种超越日常生活和现实的超脱体验。屋顶上超脱拔俗的场地气质提供了人们仰望星空，内探本我的空间。这一刻每个人都会发现藏匿心中的神秘花园，在那里存有我们的记忆、我们的童年、我们的梦想，还有在最深处未被社会规训之前的最纯净的自我。Above the rooftop, we can feel a sense of spiritual detachment that transcends everyday life and reality. The otherworldly temperament on the roof provides a space for people to look up at the starry sky and explore introspection of our inner worlds. At this exact moment, we find our purest memories and dreams hidden in the secret garden of our heart.
