小隐于市 · 上海近郊老别墅改造设计丨中国上海丨谭晫

本案位于上海近郊的老别墅，虽然离市区较远但是出门不远及地铁站，高速路口也在小区附近。小区四周高树茂密，颇有一点“小隐于市”的味道。

This case is located in the outskirts of Shanghai, the old villa, although far from the city, but not far from the door and the metro station, highway intersection is also in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is surrounded by tall trees, quite a bit of "small hidden in the city" flavor.

Old house for the new

整个小区始建于上世纪90年代初，上一任业主多年前对房子进行过装修改造。因年代久远设计图纸已经不知去向。

The entire neighborhood was built in the early 1990s, the previous owner of the house many years ago for renovation and remodeling. Because of the age of the design drawings have been lost.

那个年代没有电脑绘图和数字设计。设计师只能通过现存的仅有的“远古”设计图纸资料和现场勘察来判断结构构造，从而来达到设计目标。

There was no computerized drawing or digital design in those days. The designer could only use the only existing "ancient" design drawings and on-site investigation to judge the structural structure to achieve the design goal.

设计师希望通过尽量的减少对建筑结构的改造，保证其建筑安全性能前提下，满足其家庭成员对空间的基本需求。使之动线合理，让使用者可以自由的洄游在各个空间角落。感受自由空间带来的愉悦。

The designers hope to minimize the modification of the building structure and ensure its safety performance, while meeting the basic needs of the family members. It makes the line of movement reasonable, so that the user can freely migrate in all corners of the space. Feel the pleasure of free space.

Design Considerations

原有的房型空间的采光偏弱，引光入室，联系室内和室外的关系，并且使各个空间的体量合理。最后控制预算也是设计师需要着重考虑的要素。

The lighting in the original room is weak, so the designers have to bring light into the room, connect the relationship between indoor and outdoor, and make the volume of each space reasonable. Finally, budget control was also a key consideration for the designer.

满足空间尺幅，串联空间关系，维持空间理性。使得空间不再由装饰造型来支配，光线，绿色，温暖成为设计的逻辑线索。并贯穿整个建筑空间垂直和水平的方向。也从室内衍生到室外。最后再在从室外回馈给居住者。

Satisfy the spatial scale, connect the spatial relationship, and maintain the rationality of space. The space is no longer dominated by decorative shapes, and light, green and warmth become the logical clues of the design. The light, green and warmth become the logical threads of the design, and run through the vertical and horizontal directions of the whole architectural space. It is also derived from the interior to the exterior. And finally from the outdoors back to the occupants.

随着一天时间的推移，建筑室内能享受到充足的日照阳光。 阳光斜射进室内后，即便建筑周边环境不尽人意，绿色和温暖色的延续让居者沉浸在建筑内。

As the day progresses, the interior of the building enjoys ample sunlight. After the sunlight slants into the interior, even if the building's surroundings are not satisfactory, the continuation of green and warm colors allows the occupants to immerse themselves in the building.

当设计回归空间逻辑，不再纯粹由的装饰支配；当充足的光线，温暖的色系，绿色的植物，舒适的家居成为载体；居者在空间里身心愉悦得到美好的生活，这是设计者对居家设计方向的期许。

When the design returns to the logic of space, no longer purely by the decorative domination; when sufficient light, warm colors, green plants, comfortable home to become a carrier; residents in the space of physical and mental pleasure to get a good life, which is the designer's expectations of the direction of home design.

Let the space obey the residents

夜幕降临，静夜而思，设计师认为：每一幢居所都值得被热爱，每一个业主都值得被关心。无论贫富贵贱。

As the night falls, the designer thinks that every residence deserves to be loved and every homeowner deserves to be cared for. Whether rich or poor, noble or lowly.
