To maximize the space in the 43 square meter apartment and accommodate two workspaces, the designer utilized clever planning and custom-made furniture. Here's a breakdown of the features and costs:

1. Kitchen-Living Area:   - Custom-designed kitchen with all necessary appliances.   - Horizontal boiler above the entrance doors.   - Wardrobe closet with a Wi-Fi router and switch.   - Dining area with a table for four people.   - Pendant light fixture above the table.   - Custom-designed fold-out sofa in the lounge-TV area.

2. Flooring:   - Waterproof vinyl flooring throughout the apartment, except for the bathroom.

3. Workspace:   - Former balcony converted into a workspace for two people, concealed from the living room with glass blocks.   - Custom-designed desk made of 36mm thick MDF, with a shelving unit for documents, decor, and a vacuum         cleaner base.   - Hidden Sony Playstation in a cabinet with concealed wiring.

4. Bedroom:   - Custom-made bed and wardrobe in soft gray tones.   - Various lighting options, including ceiling lights, pendant lamps, and color-changing LEDs.

5. Bathroom:   - Tiled bathroom with a shower area, Paffoni fixtures, and a thermostatic shower system.   - Classic design mirror with built-in lighting.

The total cost of the project, including materials and labor, amounts to approximately 2 million hryvnias, or around $1200 per square meter.
