“晴翠”一词，常见于诗词古句中，草木在阳光照耀下的饱满鲜亮，别有一番自然不经雕琢的古典诗意。自然、古意，城市、情怀，基于项目价值构建中对传统生活智慧与邻里关系的回归，整体建筑景观以院落式建造逻辑创造层次和纵深，沿承传统的内涵与温度，建构麓湖之畔“层层叠翠”的静谧之所。

依托于建筑、景观中式均衡的院落、坊巷、园林的构造环境，壹方在L户型的设计中，经由东方美学的发散表达，将较为写意的意境营造与现代化的人居生活糅合兼并，形成与建筑景观既顺应连贯，又充满独特韵味的空间形态，正所谓“统一之中有变化”。
