Perched on a sand dune, the villa is in a privileged position, from a controlled vantage point, as if it were floating on the ocean. Its main focus is the building's appearance and its unique location.

The design team focused on creating a unique experience for the beach house. Jay Earles, founder of Planned Living, explains: "in order to create a sense of loneliness at the top of the dunes, we followed the existing development model of adjacent houses so that adjacent houses would not be brought into any major view. The Planned Living design team emphasized the vertical nature of the villa site and the creation of two separate areas upstairs and downstairs. The main living space, the master bedroom suite and an additional bedroom located on the upper floor meet most of the accommodation needs, while the downstairs provides additional bedrooms and living Spaces for the family's future development. The living area is seamlessly connected to the entertainment area and extends to the pool and garden.
