Cookers Gourmet Cafe by Moscow-based bureau Veter Design and Architecture, probably wouldn’t look out of place on Flinders Lane, but all the while it is still rooted in its Russian locale.

这家餐厅位于市中心，占地100平方米，采用大理石角砾石马赛克地板，其设计看起来就像一个冰冷的湖泊在春天到来时开裂。该设计是如此新鲜；它有自己的标签。

Located in the centre of the city, the 100 square metre restaurant features a marble breccia mosaic floor, designed to look like an icy lake cracking as spring settles in. The design is so fresh; it has its own hashtag.

铜和海军蓝参考了经典的俄罗斯火车车厢，而墙壁采用了混凝土灰色渐渐变成天鹅绒般的桃红色，这使空间的粗犷主义骨架变得柔和。该项目是明显的俄罗斯风格，位于历史悠久的卢比扬卡广场，但它也相当现代，在这里你会发现杏仁拿铁、无糖甜点和泡菜。

Copper and navy blue reference classic Russian train compartments, while the walls—course concrete grey fading into velvety peach—soften the brutalist bones of the space. It’s distinctly Russian, located in the historic Lubyanka Square, but it’s pretty modern too: you’ll find almond lattes, sugar-free desserts and kimchi.
