长春，位于中国东北地区的核心，作为新中国早期的重要工业城市，也是中国汽车工业和电影工业的摇篮。本案为销售中心策划一案，坐落于长春朝阳经济开发区——「保利城」，工业元素和自然美学，是该空间设计的主要元素指导。既展现一座“城”的生长与活力，也是一座城在时间和空间中融合进化。以“生命成长”为设计逻辑，简化植物的生命成长为四个阶段：种子萌芽、出苗成长、花开绮丽、硕果丰盈，使得前厅、中空、沙盘区、洽谈区、二层空间的动线顺应生命成长周期，设计上呼应各阶段的主体特征。

Changchun, situated in the heart of Northeast China, was an important industrial city in the early days of the New China Era. In addition, the city is also the origin of China's automobile industry and film industries. This interior design project is a sales center in Changchun Chaoyang Economic Development Zone. As far as the name “Poly City” is concerned, industrial elements and natural aesthetics are this design’s main characteristics and focus. It shows the growth and vitality of a city as well as its evolutionary energy. Taking “life growth” as the design theme, the design team has categorized the life growth of vegetation into four stages: seed sprouting, seedling growth, flowering beauty, and fruitfulness. With this concept in mind, the design team has delicately planned the movement lines of the reception area, hallway, sandbox display area, meeting area, and second-floor space to follow the vegetation’s life growth cycle, reverberating the distinct emphasis of each stage.

设计团队打破常规设计手法的界限，在一个长方体中做斜面与垂直立面的切角，重构空间比例、重构空间视线与光线的“路径”。以体块交错的建筑感、立面大量环保材质光触媒，营造出生命所需“有氧氛围”，宏伟的观感营造场域所具有的独特语素，体现长春宏大的工业历史背景。走向长廊的尽头，是一面记录着长春的发展史的数字墙，借此构建起空间与时间的联系。

The design team breaks the boundaries of conventional design techniques by cutting the angles of oblique and vertical facades in a rectangular body, reconstructing the proportions of space and the “paths” of sight and light. Besides, the interlocking architecture of the blocks and a large amount of environmentally friendly photocatalysts on the façade create the "aerobic atmosphere" essential for life. Also, the magnificent view delivers the unique language of the site, reflecting Changchun's profound industrial development history. At the end of the corridor is a digital wall recording the history of Changchun's development, which symbolizes a connection between the space and time.

二层空间设计更多考量的是共享性和公共性，意在营造一个与城市生长同频共步的城市舞台，也是城市变化的绝佳观察点 —— 极长的玻璃飘台引入室外景观，并将太阳的朝气与活力注入空间，塑造出蕴含温度的场域氛围。洽谈区软装以“花放“为题，营造微观视角下自然舒适的花语世界，交流自然而然。延用当地盛产的金属材质，结合自然界鲜花的色彩与形象，铸就出幻彩花瓣艺术装置悬挂于天花板，成为视觉亮点。机械轴承交織绿植，完美融合工业元素与自然美学，象徵着新生的力量为长春带来源源不断的活力。

The planning of the second-floor space is more about its sharing and inclusivity. The design team has focused on creating a city miniature with the same frequency and pace, where citizens could witness the city’s conversion from a brand new perspective. An extremely long glass drifting platform welcomes the outdoor landscape and injects the vitality and vigor of the sun into the space, shaping the atmosphere of warmth and vividness. On the other side, the design of the meeting negotiation area is titled "Blossom,” where the design team demonstrates a natural and comfortable floral world from a microscopic viewpoint. The area has turned into a place where communication is natural and spontaneous. Other than that, using locally produced metal materials and combining the color and the prototype of the city flower, Cilvia Minata, the design team has delivered the illusionary flower petal art installation suspended from the ceiling and becomes a visual highlight. In addition, mechanical bearings intertwine with greenery, perfectly blending industrial elements with natural aesthetics, representing the power of renewal to bring constant vitality to Changchun.

本案在空间立面大量运用光触媒环保材质，以及沙发边融入艺术水泥发光石的几和展示柜，从手法到材质，始终贯穿“城市新生”这一主题。设计团队为了让空间具备趣味性、体验感和建筑语言，独具匠心地以一斜面与一直立面墙体划分建筑空间，并将横向连桥穿插其中，增添视觉层次。

For this project, the designer has extensively used photocatalytic environmental protection materials and planned the sofa side with a glowing-stone-surfaced display cabinet. From the design approach to the material, the design theme has stayed consistent with the theme and idea of “urban renewal.” To make the interior space attractive, immersive, and architecturally expressive, the design team has resourcefully divided the area with a slanting surface and a wall on the facade, interspersing the horizontal bridge to create multiple visual layers.

光触媒环保材质本身具备除臭、抗菌、杀菌等功能，并且无需用电、无需维护，借此达到环保效益。本案的主体空间采取大面开窗的设计，使大量自然光引进室内，令空间沐浴在阳光之中。借此白天不需开灯，亦可满足使用者对于光源的需求，从而降低灯具使用，延长灯具寿命与降低电力消耗，达到节能减碳的效果。

With the photocatalytic and earth-friendly material, the space comes with deodorization, antibacterial, and sterilization. Besides, it does not require electricity and frequent maintenance, thus realizing the idea of environmental protection. The primary space of this project is designed with large open windows so that a large amount of natural light is introduced into the room, and the area is bathed in sunlight. With no need to turn on all the electric lights during the daytime, the design plan meets the users' needs for sufficient light sources, reduces energy consumption, extends the service life of electric lights, and realizes the idea of energy saving and carbon reduction.
