EQA 办公室设计丨西班牙马德里丨Destudio Arquitectura

办公室不仅仅是工作空间，人们不能忘记的是许多办公室的DNA中都含有商业性质。在这种特殊的情况下，EQA是一家致力于研发与创新、质量和ASG标准的认证和验证的公司；这个商业点是其商业文化的一部分。由于所有这些原因，这个办公室改革项目的设计围绕着赋予空间以意义并使其适应包括商业和纯粹的工作的需求。

Offices are not just work spaces, we must not forget the commercial approach that many of them have in their DNA. In this particular case, EQA is a company dedicated to the certification and verification of R&D&I, quality and ASG standards; and that commercial point is part of its business culture. For all these reasons, the design of this office reform project revolves around giving meaning and adapting the space to those needs, both commercial and purely work-related.

EQA办公室位于马德里Plaza Castilla，拥有600多平方米的空间，以其冷静、严肃的特点脱颖而出，但同时又不失现代气息，而这在当今的工作空间中是必不可少的。

With more than 600 m2 of space, the EQA offices in Plaza Castilla (Madrid) stand out for their sober, serious character, but without forgetting the modern touch that is so necessary in today's work spaces.

Destudio Arquitectura首先发现的是一个大型接待处，旨在接待客户，从而赋予公司的商业需求以意义。这个接待处有一个用大面积瓷砖设计的柜台。这个空间的另一个特色元素是环绕整个接待处的木质板条。这些板条不仅具有美学意义，而且还具有声学意义。在这个接待处，工作室还发现了一个小的等候区，伴随着一个保存苔藓的垂直花园，为这个空间提供了一个舒适的触感。

The first thing Destudio Arquitectura find is a large reception, designed to receive customers and therefore give meaning to the commercial needs of the company. This reception welcomes us with a counter designed with a large-format porcelain tile. Another of the characteristic elements of this space are the wooden slats that surround the entire reception. These slats have an aesthetic component but also an acoustic one. In this same reception studio also find a small waiting area accompanied by a vertical garden of preserved moss, which provides a cozy touch to the space.

EQA is a company that has around 80 workers on its staff, but this headquarters in Plaza Castilla is designed to cover 50 jobs. As a result of the pandemic, more and more companies are betting on teleworking, EQA is one of them. This business model is here to stay and forces the design studio to rethink workspaces, how to design and guide them for the best performance of companies.

就像家庭中出现的新需求一样，如工作空间、办公室等的设计。在办公室里，员工的数量正在减少，目的是让100%的员工不总是亲自工作。这种变化体现在一种被称为Hot Desk的新设计上，即员工没有指定的位置。因此，在这个办公室改造项目中，Destudio Arquitectura没有找到抽屉、屏风等。每个工员工来到这里，可以选择坐在空的位置上。

Just as new needs arise in homes, such as the design of work spaces, offices, etc.  In the offices, the number of employees is being reduced with the aim that 100% of the staff is not always working in person. This change is reflected in a new design known as Hot Desk (hot position), that is, employees do not have an assigned position. For this reason, in this office reform project Destudio Arquitectura do not find drawers, screens, etc. Each worker arrives and sits where there is a free seat.
