Complejo Industrial is a new work designed by Macías Peredo, with brick red as the main color of the building, making the building stand out in the overall environment and become the visual center. Recycling and using the stones produced during the excavation process as decoration adds interest to the building, while avoiding waste of resources and saving costs.

保留原有的植被，尽量减少对土地的破坏是对建筑所在场地的尊重。建筑分为几个体量，每个体量都有着自己独特的造型，在视觉上形成错落，富有层次感。

Retaining the original vegetation and minimizing the damage to the land is a respect for the site where the building is located. The building is divided into several volumes, and each volume has its own unique shape, which is visually scattered and full of layers.
