Inspired by the rich heritage of the Bagaces chief, this human development center incorporates the elegance of native reeds into its architecture, fusing cultural tradition with modern innovation to create a welcoming and educational space that celebrates local history and promotes progress community.

The establishment of the Human Development Center for Bagaces arises in response to the lack of academic updating programs in the region. This center is conceived as a multifaceted entity, structured into various sections called "branches," which materialize into blocks intended for specific purposes, such as academic, sports, leisure, technological, and administrative areas. These areas are interconnected through a central arrangement that houses a pool designed to collect rainwater and use it for irrigating the surrounding plants.

The decision to elevate the project on stilts responds to the location of the land in a flood-prone area, with the implementation of rigorous precautionary measures. Simultaneously, there is a pursuit of a harmonious integration with the riverine environment, placing special emphasis on urban intervention along the river, aiming to safeguard this crucial water resource for the region.
