Porthouse 28

A unique residential project situated on the seaside, located at the base of the Maronite quarter in Jaffa, Israel.

Architecture: Gidi Bar Orian, Project Architect Kfir Peled, Eynat Vardi.

Interior Design: David Lebenthal, Project Architect Adi Goldberg Yanay.

Materiality: Travertine Stone, Ribbed Concrete, Stainless steel and Walnut.

The unique situation offers both a sea view and hill view of the old port of Jaffa. There is a strong connection between the sun, sea and vegetation used in the spaces.

The building is a series of six apartments each with its own singular experience.

The color scheme is bright and uplifting and consists of warm natural hues.

The ground floor apartments enjoy a courtyard setting reminiscent of old Jaffa internal courtyards.
