Ket. bureau presents the project of a premium class Concept carwash center located in New Riga [Moscow region, Russia], surrounded by Agalarov Golf and Country Club - Moscow, Millennium Park [Villagio Estate], Imperial Garden.

The building consists of four volumes of different levels, reminiscent of cubes or parts from the #LEGO set. Each of them will perform a specific function: a car wash, a bakery, a small family cafe and an administrative block.

Contrast facade materials: structural glazing and rectangular profile from slats harmoniously interact with one another. The material of the facade flows into the interior and creates a unbroken background for the white circular staircase in the avant-garde style, which leads to the second floor and to the operated roof - the summer terrace. The interior is designed in strict colors and shapes, which corresponds to the design code of the facade and emphasizes the simplicity and functionality of the volumetric-spatial structure of the building.
