The store’s customer journey was designed with the brand’s seven key solutions as a methodology for exploration & product category navigation. An intuitive pathway for customers was defined starting with a welcoming interactive moment via the ‘My Being – skin scanner’ & leading to a touch sensitive table leveraging RFID ‘Lift & Learn’ technology to activate immersive content about Cannabotech’s unique blend of ingredients.
