A modern apartment full of personality

Objectives and work done

The renovation of this apartment of approximately 100m2 + 15m2 on balconies, began as a project in which the conditions were above all to link living room with kitchen, making a diaphanous and clear space to share moments and interact with the family while doing kitchen tasks.

This was the main requirement of the project, but there have also been performances in different rooms: remodelling one of the bathrooms, the installation of the air conditioning system by Air Zone, lacquered existing closet in the double bedroom, the change of all house doors, paved floor of the balconies, etc.

Characteristics of the design

It is a different project in terms of finishes, as the owners made it very easy for us to choose the materials, playing with less-seen tones, for example Vogue ceramics in the kitchen in green tone and the same brand in yellow for the bathroom. These touches of colour coexist very well and give that distinct touch to the Calacatta type porcelain that presides over these two rooms.

The leather furniture, the noble wood and the black details give a great personality and elegance to the three main rooms: living room, kitchen and bathroom.

A highlight of the project is the presence of the large sliding door that visually separates the living room from the lobby. It acts as a door at the same time that it becomes a panelled wall made of wood (same material as the floor), and on the other side the partition lined with Vescom Blue oil provides originality as soon as you get in the house.

Another detail that makes the living room very cosy is the presence of the electric fireplace in the middle of a Kave home furniture composition, and with a central mirror it also multiplies its originality.
