This building had great potential but multiple renovations removed original detail and obscured the views from one space to another.

The biggest challenge of this gut renovation was to judiciously make use of elements from an earlier renovation.

AKA opened the public rooms to each other while maintaining their architectural demarcation; a light filled master suite was created out of a warren of rooms.
