This project is citizen cultural center, located in the south of Tongliang CBD, between the financial district and the city park. Starting from the method of urban design, we cut a vitality corridor through the site to connect the financial district and the city park by considering the stream of people. It can provide more income to out project as well as convenient to people. Tongliang is one of the places where Chinese dragon originated, so we use streamlined volume to imitate dragon dance, make landscape as metaphor for dragon trace, simulate auditorium structure as dragon lantern. Project also calls for an off-season-corridor to balance the financial income by providing renting activities for citizens during the quiet business season. The corridor has a series connection of rehearsal hall, dressing room, recording studio etc.

Building function is mainly of media convergence, conference center, theater, auditorium and supporting facilities.
