Complex of two residential buildings with underground and ground floor parking for 50 cars.

The aim of the design was the construction of a complex of 23 houses of various surfaces in which the building surface would be utilized to the maximum at the same time as the creation of the maximum shared relaxation space on the ground floor and the possibility to park 50 cars in the complex.

Through the colored morphological elements on the balconies and the semi-outdoor spaces, the balance between privacy, shading and protection from the climatic conditions was attempted.
