The project was to create a special place where people could enjoy the wines of Lightfoot & Wolfville Winery. The building uses imagery from the agricultural heritage of the Annapolis Valley. Wood is present everywhere inside and outside of the building. There are different types and sizes of spaces for every possible group of people to gather and enjoy the wines and culinary arts of the area.

The project received two 2019 Atlantic Wood Design Awards, for Nova Scotia Non-Residential, and a Jury's choice.
