This is a full interior design of a unit in a Coal Harbour tower on Vancouver’s inner harbour front. The design makes the most out of its limited floor area by integrating storage in unique ways and introducing built-in elements to divide and define its spaces while maximizing the spaciousness of the experience of the whole. Custom cabinetry was designed according to where ‘at hand’ use occurs, and is located so that the different elements work together to create a balanced whole. A simple palette of colours and materials, along with fine detailing and craftsmanship, achieve both a clean crisp look and a feeling of calm amongst its stunning views.
