The Spiral Towers

The spiral towers are a mixed-use project, that is located on an area of 10k sqm.The project consists of two separate buildings that complement each other in a spiral form, the project program contains a commercial and business center in the lower connected floors, then the floor plans are separated into the residential tower and a five-star hotel tower.By separating the building we created a hierarchical decrease in the higher floor in order to provide a panoramic view.

The main idea behind this design is providing a geometric composition that distributes the project mixed -program in an innovative configuration, flexible program, separation in functional, best orientation, and most important neighbor-friendly  ( that respect the surrounding building sky exposure plane.
