The core idea of the building is to reduce the direct sun rays from the building, especially the south façade was the main view of the building, So a façade design solution was obtained with the use of wood textured metal panels as a way to control the radical sunlight effect on the south side of the building.

That helps us to add more colorful panels to create a mood of happiness throughout the building, The customized sloped curtain wall design was to interact more differently with sunrays and behind metal panels.

The layout design was mainly for parking cars with customized  landmark sculpture  design in the entrances .
