The new BIP (Business integration Partners S.p.A.) Headquarters open its doors inside the iconic Liberty Tower in Milan. The strategic and complex project designed and built by Progetto Design & Build – Progetto CMR Group is now the first workplace able to be called: the office of the future.

Concept design was already in progress in 2019, but then everything globally changed and the brief evolved in something completely different and revolutionary.

Thanks to the Client vision and the great Design Teamwork of Progetto Design & Build, the result is today the first post-Covid19 office designed to host new people needs and new ways of working.

The physical space has been completely redesigned to foster latest generation digital technologies and to give people the freedom to work based on their needs.

Besides, thanks to the accurate method that combines design and realization in a unique workflow, it has been possible to create an extraordinary workplace, able of encouraging the union of knowledge but also leaving space to the different realities of the BIP Group.

The new headquarters of the BIP Consulting Group cannot be defined into classical terms, because they start from pre-Covid times and evolve into a masterful example of innovative vision up to the present day, crossing what has happened and that no one could have imagined.

Today, just a year and a half away, there is just half the number of people originally estimated in attendance, with a rotating smart working mode now consolidated for most.

In the first office that can be considered post Covid, what fascinates is the total and reasoned integration between never experienced working methods and physical space designed to support them.

The work spaces are spread over an area of ​​3 thousand square meters over 7 floors of the tower: they all overlook the Liberty Square below, thanks to the large full-height windows that make up the Tower.

What was previously considered a workstation, now becomes a 'work setting' and any type of traditional office furniture leaves room for a variety of situations that are both studied and digitized, all perfectly adaptable to the needs of employees.

Thanks to the particular furniture chosen, people can decide how to best use their time, in an environment more conducive to achieving the flow of work itself. 

Workers will be welcomed in spaces that can be assembled, on the go with furniture, whiteboards and storage units on wheels for individual or teamwork.

People can manage their work take advantage of tables, seats, agora, blocks, upholstered furniture and supports that can always be dismembered, reconfigured and perfectly adaptable to the modality of the moment.

For these reasons, the main operative space is without apparent divisions but is characterized by a strong graphic red mark that recall brand identity and functionally define different areas.  

Complementary to these reconfigurable areas, a large centered block treated with the brand blue color, is designed in each of the 7floors of the Tower to enclose functions and host activity that require privacy.

BIP new office space is able to best satisfy individual needs also considering the collective mission: everything is indeed wired, functional to the new ways of working, and supported by a digital scenario.

The new BIP headquarters is a physical space where hybrid-meeting spaces blend with creative destinations and innovative ideas comes, because everything is designed considering people well-being.

A real revolution that brings the office, today at the center of a huge debate, to be for the first time the place able to make people feel good work in.
