Main task: To develop a comfortable self-sufficient village outside of the city boundaries.

Problem solving: Comfortable zoning of site amenities /different types of housing, public areas, etc/. Planning of vehicles and pedestrian roads, including emergency driveways, creation of the self-sustainable house.
