Obolon Resedential Complex is located on the banks of the Dnipro.

Two 9-storey buildings gently fit into the terrain due to terracing. 240 residential spaces over 8 floors come replete with panoramic view on the Dnipro river and Kyiv city.

The volumes gradually increase from the water to the opposite edge of the site, which minimizes its visual impact and fits as much as possible into the natural relief of the embankment. In the pediment, the projections of the terraces create outlines that resemble waves, which is in harmony with the Dnipro Bay, on the shore of which the complex is located. The terraces are planted with vegetation from the ground to the roof. Thus, the project takes on the fundamental characteristics of the site on which it is located.

An architecture of undulating terraces with expressive edges refers to the surrounding coastal area, while in combination with the sophisticated materialization a tight detailing it gives the project a powerful, luxurious appearance.
