Old “Modern” House is a traditional house located in Maillardville, Coquitlam, BC, Canada, recently redesigned by Jordan Macnab.

Description

This old house was built back in the late 1940s in Maillardville, Coquitlam, BC, Canada. Then renovated in the late ’80s and then an addition was put on in the ’90s. Once the Macnabs became the new owners in 2015 they went to TOWN on this old house and did a full remodel, upgrade, refresh. Having a background in construction and design Jordan Macnab took on the project with his bare hands while his wife Katie was pregnant with #2. Another moment in their life where they had to “live” through another renovation. See the epic before and afters below.
