About Palm Desert I
A Pioneering Organic Modern Masterpiece
Set in the valley, Nomos RED’s organic modern architecture showcases emotive European-inspired design.
Desert-Modern Aesthetics
This residence marks the firm’s debut Southern California project. Every angle promises breathtaking admiration. The future of desert-modern design unveils at the pivot of textured panels and soaring planes. Starting from the revolving entry, the adventure begins.
Harmony of Materials
Board-formed concrete, cool steel, and polished concrete floors harmoniously mingle. Simultaneously, warm white oak and sheer glass minimalism inject lightness. Central spaces, warmed by a fireplace, ensure privacy. However, the Bulthaup and Boffi-designed invisible kitchen cleverly conceals Gaggenau appliances.
Outdoors that Charm
By the pool and spa, the outdoor lounge beckons. Moreover, dining spaces surrounded by mature Mediterranean gardens pay homage to the original estate’s inspiration.
Lavish Accommodations
The residence houses four bedrooms. Notably, an attached casita boasts a separate entrance. Elegantly finished with custom pieces, the home articulates a global dialect. Indeed, it boldly advances regional architecture.
