山不在高，有茶则铭。

室不在深，池边就行。

——《陋室茗》

1.池边小筑

项目位于杭州市余杭区文一西路创新园。园内有一小池塘，环境优美，树影婆娑，百草丰茂。甲方欲置一集装箱于池边，筑一茶室，供人观池赏花、品茗畅谈。

The project is located in the Innovation Park of Wenyi West Road, Yuhang District, Hangzhou. There is a small pond in the garden with a beautiful environment, shadows of trees and luxuriant grass. Party A wants to place a container next to the pool and build a teahouse for people to watch the pool, enjoy the flowers, and drink tea and chat.

2.以小见大

茶、集装箱不由联想到茶盒，以“茶盒”为原型，设计一个更大的“茶盒”将功能植入其中，以满足品茗、畅谈需求。形成从茶盒（产品）到空间（建筑）的设计逻辑。

Tea and containers can't help but be associated with tea boxes. Taking the "tea box" as the prototype, we designed a larger "tea box" with functions embedded in it to meet the needs of drinking tea and talking freely. Form the design logic from tea box (product) to space (architecture).

3.直接纯粹

茶室底座预想水泥浇筑直接与大地相连，再将“茶盒”置于水泥平台，让水泥平台及建筑带给人从草地生长出来一般，极度直接、纯粹。后为方便施工，改为立柱加水泥板，虽有其形但缺乏其意。

The base of the teahouse is expected to be directly connected to the earth by pouring cement, and then the "tea box" is placed on the cement platform, making the cement platform and the building feel like growing out of the grass, extremely direct and pure. Later, for the convenience of construction, it was changed to columns and cement boards. Although it has its shape, it lacks its meaning.

4.取景四季

池边一侧风景俱佳，自然面向池边开最大的落地窗户以满足室内采光、取四季之景。

The scenery on one side of the pool is beautiful, and the largest floor-to-ceiling windows are naturally opened facing the pool to provide indoor lighting and capture the scenery of the four seasons.

5.形式功能

建筑两端各开一条竖向长窗，上部分窗户可打开为室内通风。长窗刚好打破建筑两端立面的乏味与室内立面的沉闷，造就立面形式与空间功能的相互统一。

There is a long vertical window at each end of the building, and the upper part of the window can be opened to ventilate the room. The long windows just break the dullness of the facades at both ends of the building and the dullness of the interior facades, creating a unity of facade form and space function.
