Designed in 2022, this contemporary home masterfully balances a limited material palette with standout design pieces, all underlined by the dynamic texture of Arabescato Baiano marble.

Elevating Design in a 120m² Space (1,292 ft²)

In this 120m² apartment (1,292 ft²), we employed a limited material palette to spotlight handpicked design objects and artworks. A neutral foundation in each room amplifies the pieces that infuse personality.

Stunning Stone Features in Social Areas

For the social and kitchen spaces, we chose Arabescato Baiano. This marble, known for its outstanding durability, boasts a dynamic texture. Intriguing shades of gray and varying vein intensities create a compelling visual. Consequently, these elements contrast sharply with the predominantly white cabinetry, accentuated with Cumaru details.

Seamless Connectivity with a Touch of Nature

A stone block delineates the barbecue area, organizing equipment and acting as a connecting element. Nestled between the living room and kitchen, a window offers either complete isolation or a seamless integration of spaces, catering to the moment’s need.
