City Harbor is a mixed-use lakefront destination offering an upscale family experience in north Alabama. The project will include short-term rental condos, public green space, water features, boat docks, retail, indoor-outdoor bars, a brewery, and at least six restaurants.
The City of Guntersville has received grants to fund the extension of a walking trail from the front of the Guntersville Chamber of Commerce building to the City Harbor site, where it will connect to the site’s boardwalk. The new trail is part of a long-term plan by the City of Guntersville to make the entire peninsula pedestrian friendly.
