Aware of the need to expand the spaces for public employees as a result of an expansion of the workforce to meet the increase in needs in different areas of the municipality, the Sedaví City Council considers it necessary to build a MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING that can house municipal services that today are carried out in different buildings such as Social Services, Local Police, Justice of the Peace, etc., also expressing the will that the new building will allow to house in the future other municipal services that are currently occupying premises on a rental basis , such as those intended for Associations, Housewives, Senior Citizens, etc.With this objective, it outlines the priority needs to be implemented in this initial phase of this building, which will mean the continuation of the execution of the programmed Sedaví Sociocultural Complex.

A distribution on the ground floor of the public concurrency services and with a greater expected influx of users, Justice of the Peace and Social Services, is proposed, arranging the rest of the floor for the public part and reception of the Local Police. The rest of the uses would be scheduled on upper floors, leaving the last three scheduled floors still free for use. This parallel distribution of the areas of public attendance allows, in turn, the shared use of common spaces, with the consequent economic and space savings that allow the program to be developed in less area.

Within each block corresponding to each service, a distribution of spaces is made according to the requirements. This is “independent” of the composition of the façade openings and is planned using light or prefabricated elements, depending on the case, with a view to possible future redistributions consistent with the multipurpose nature of the building.
