Shenzhen Bay features modern service industry, business and cultural districts, and a central Super Headquarters Base fronting the bay and encircling the park. The project site adjoins the coastline and key considerations were waterfront esplanade engagement, meaningful urban space, site views, integrated circulation networks, and environmentally conscious solutions. 

Two 180 meter tall towers are positioned to define east and west edges which frame an urban plaza inspired by New York's Rockefeller Center. A signature 300 meter tall headquarters tower is the plaza's focal terminus, with a fluidly shaped, tapering form providing a distinct skyline profile and a responsive ground level engaging the public realm. Architecturally integrated landscaping augments the lush sub-tropical environment which characterizes Shenzhen.
