For 29 years now, this address has been an iconic place filled with emotions, dreams, stories and memories: we are talking about the traditional jeweller VON KÖCK. In the middle of Vienna's magnificent shopping mile, the family business is the first port of call for all those who want to purchase an exclusive piece of jewellery and receive a piece of eternal perfection in return.

In collaboration with the award-winning architecture firm Smartvoll, VON KÖCK has created a luxury boutique, which captures this special experience in an inspiring atmosphere. "We are happy to have found a perfect partner in Smartvoll Architects, who have managed to translate our DNA into an artful design concept. The redesign of the store represents the interplay of tradition and innovation, expertise and passion, and allows these values to be experienced with all the senses," says owner Felix Köck. 

Upon entering the 180 square metre jewellery boutique, a precious world of high-quality materials, soft fabrics and natural tones opens up. Urban design meets originality and creates a warm, feel-good space that conveys pure elegance and authentic personality. Wood is used as a dominant element that sets an extraordinary stage for the exclusively curated selection of sparkling jewellery and luxurious watches. The light-flooded flair is emphasised by an open gallery in the centre of the ground floor.

Private consultation areas are provide the ideal setting to cater to individual customer wishes. Advice is a matter close to VON KÖCK's heart - especially when it comes to the customised unique pieces and brilliant creations made in-house. This made it all the more important to create a symbiosis of inviting cosiness and purist extravagance in the design concept. With particular finesse, the Smartvoll Architects have succeeded in capturing the beauty and magic of sparkling jewellery in a stylish ambience. 

In addition to the elegant presentation of fine jewellery, the visionary overall concept of the design focuses on the unique VON KÖCK character. Local instead of global, personal instead of anonymous, authentic instead of artificial - the traditional Viennese company sets itself apart from well-known international luxury brands. With its extensive expertise and flair for timeless aesthetics, Smartvoll Architects have created a harmonious interior design that is just as consistently distinctive. To achieve this, the two floors were divided into public and private zones, with a translucent wooden filter serving as a calming stylistic element in between. "The main focus is on the visionary and qualitative realisation of advice and service. By alternating between the zones, we were able to successfully create an open yet intimate environment that provides a pleasant space for VON KÖCK's trustworthy advice and excellent service," comments team of Smartvoll Architects.

Felix Köck, who took over the company from his father, continues to uphold these values and the credo of "finding the best and creating the most beautiful". With success - the family business is one of the most renowned jewellers in Austria and is appreciated far beyond the country's borders for its finest craftsmanship. This first-class reputation is based not least on the fact that the gemstone expert can guarantee the impeccable quality of his diamonds and raw materials as well as their conflict-free origin thanks to his certified training at the leading international "Gemological Institute of America". In order to meet the increased demand for security and service, the goldsmith has now also increased the capacity of his workshop following the remodelling of his store. This means that customers' individual wishes can be transformed into sparkling pieces of jewellery even faster.
