This residential building uses complex geometries on its plans and massing and develops around a side atrium offering light in the north living rooms. The balconies feature lush vegetation and privacy from the street and the neighbouring buildings. The building is topped with a roof offering double-height living areas to the 4th-floor duplex apartment and an attic hosting three out of the four bedrooms. The metal structure which constitutes the 3rd and 4th-floor balconies has a mezzanine accessed by the 4th-floor apartment and hosts a glass-made swimming pool on the top of the building next to the roof. A second pool surrounded by plants is privately offered to the 4th-floor master bedroom.
