This apartment was prepared for the customer's parents. The main desire was to make a modern, comfortable and functional space in which it would be comfortable for parents to live.

The original layout did not suit the customer: the whole space was divided into rooms and connected by a long corridor. We decided to combine the living room and kitchen into a single space and zoned these functional areas with an island. Also, we attached a loggia to the kitchen and organized a dining area there. Part of the corridor was reduced by connecting it to the master bedroom.

During the development of the concept, we started from the customer's favorite color palette: a combination of a natural shade of wood with a gray-blue color scheme. Cold and neutral shades of walls, porcelain and textiles created a restrained and somewhat solemn background, on which the elements of décor stand out favorably, and wood - floor, doors and furniture - added comfort and created a warm cozy atmosphere.

The "highlight" of the interior is called the bathroom. The developer provided natural lighting here, and we tried our best to emphasize this unique feature, to create a spa effect in this room thanks to the rich texture of stone and wooden elements.

What we do appreciate greatly about this project - is the way the client followed the initial design. Actually, we didn't change anything since the first draft. And it was implemented with remarkable precision where most details were preserved.
