Anchoring the rapidly re-developing eastern part of central Hohhot, this completed project features three Class A office towers and a 5-star full service hotel tower with amenities. The 125,000 sqm development also provides four levels of retail space and three levels of underground parking.

While the essential massing was dictated by a previously approved design scheme, the design was further developed by exploring subtle manipulations of exterior envelope and form to minimize the extreme density of the site plan. Shifting the towers' alignment facilitates views past adjacent buildings, and minimizes direct views into adjoining buildings. This urban showcase project utilizes advanced exterior cladding technologies and the podium level transparency creates a welcoming urban destination.
