Ideal for living, the urban estate comprises of four mansions with a total area of 4,440 sq. m and is recognized as an object of cultural heritage. The architectural ensemble in the style of late eclecticism was created in the 19th century at the expense of Count Orlov-Davydov by Konstantin Bykovsky (the Moscow Imperial Orphanage near the Kremlin was also built according to his project) and Vasily Barkov.

We are carefully restoring facades, hand-molded bricks made at the manufactories of Chelnokov and Gerasimov (which, for example, was used in construction of the Polytechnic Museum), delicately recreating the historical appearance of the palace windows and doors, forged elements (lanterns, visors, ebbs).

The mosaics on the Master's and the Reception Houses were laid out in the Venetian technique by craftsmen from Frolov's workshop that also made all the mosaics of the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood in St. Petersburg.

Genuine stone in the decoration of the basement of the facades enriches the architecture with a special solemnity.

At the same time, each mansion is redesigned to fully comply with modern standards of comfortable luxurious living. The layouts are thought out to be as functional as possible. The mansions have enough space to arrange any premises: a library, a gym, a cinema, billiards, a spa, and many more. The estate also provides for installation of the most complete engineering systems.

Each estate has a separate entrance for staff.

All buildings and parking are connected by an underground gallery — the space of the estate is optimized in such a way that the serving staff can properly perform their duties and move around the territory without disturbing the peace and privacy of the owners. This solution has a number of other benefits: the underground gallery provides a higher level of security; it can be used in case of bad weather, during events, etc.

The urban estate comprises of the Master’s House (with an area of 2,015 sq. m), the Reception House (1,200 sq. m), the Guest House (691 sq. m), and the House for the Staff (534 sq. m).
