Kerry Elastic is a leading manufacture woven elastic in industry with difference kind of jacquard elastic and printing elastic. In the year 2018, they've open Kintex Elastic Company in Viet Nam.

VietDECOR has designed and built the new 8,610 sqft office for Kintex Elastic Company located in Hai Duong, Viet Nam.

The new site had to accommodate in the 65000 sqft factory in 120,000 sqft land, they would design an office space that not only for the management space but also have showroom of their own production to receive more customers and the interested parties.

A key requirements was simple, clean in design and materials but have to attract and retain the best office environments in the industry park in the north of Viet Nam. That is the reason we've created the welcome lobby with maximum high ceiling that allow the view from outside in and the natural light though the first impressive to Kintex Elastic Viet Nam.

They would like to have two floor offices with reception & production office line at 1st floor and the showroom, labs and both close & open offices at other floor. The presence of open area and private room, showroom, breakout and the Labs room on the 2nd floor that well divide and organized flow in the space. Materials of project sought to highlight client's product showing all its qualities of manufacture and flexibility.

The breakout and common space gives all the activities required and provides both a customer focused and efficient new workplace design of Kintex Elastic.
