Located in a dense forest of Oak trees, Club Stejarii will serve a community of upscale residential units. Club Stejarii and Stejarii Rezidential, were developed by legendary Romanian tennis player and businessman Ion Tiriac.

The brief as called for by the client was to create an exclusive, complete product in the club market of Bucharest, and its design exciting, experiential, brand and environmentally aware. The program includes a spa and resort, several food and beverage venues to be catered by DO&CO in addition to Sport, Fitness, Leisure and Administration.
