COASTAL COMPOUND

生长的建筑

位于莫宁顿半岛的这座海滨豪宅，设计师借鉴豪宅建筑理念，采用原始粗犷风格，打造出宽敞宁静的居住环境。住宅布局灵活，多个空间相互连通，确保充足自然光线和通风，提升居住舒适度。

This oceanfront mansion on the Mornington Peninsula draws on the concept of luxury architecture and uses the original rugged style to create a spacious and peaceful living environment. The layout of the house is flexible, with multiple Spaces connected to each other, ensuring plenty of natural light and ventilation to enhance living comfort.

巧妙地将室内空间与外部景观相融合，实现了室内外的无缝连接，促进了空间的流动性。整体设计风格低调内敛，建筑与周围景观和谐共存，仿佛自土地中生长。混凝土材质在环境、风力和锈蚀的作用下，展现出独特的质感和美感，彰显了野蛮主义风格对海岸景观的赞美。

Cleverly integrates the interior space with the external landscape to achieve a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor, promoting the mobility of the space. The overall design style is low-key and restrained, and the building coexists in harmony with the surrounding landscape, as if it grew out of the land. The concrete material, under the influence of the environment, wind and rust, reveals a unique texture and beauty, highlighting the barbarist style of celebrating the coastal landscape.

VICTORIA - BURKE

和谐的共生

本案位于墨尔本东部绿意盎然的坎伯韦尔，设计师在设计时将场地内的古老桉树与建筑融为一体，形成自然、共生的和谐关系。克制的色调与精致的细节共同营造出空间的静谧氛围，加强了空间与公共领域的区分与保护。

The project is located in the green Camberwell, east of Melbourne, and the designer integrated the ancient eucalyptus trees in the site with the building, forming a natural and symbiotic harmonious relationship. The restrained colors and exquisite details create a quiet atmosphere of the space, strengthening the distinction and protection between the space and the public realm.

外立面以砖石为主，与附近的建筑风格相呼应。内部设计则采用了简约的手法，材料运用恰到好处，整体感觉轻盈而通透。

The facade is dominated by brick and stone, echoing the architectural style of the neighborhood. The interior design uses a simple approach, the use of materials is just right, and the overall feeling is light and transparent.

设计师在尊重现有住宅及其丰富遗产价值的基础上，实现了新旧交融。建筑完美融入周边环境，通过现代视角重新诠释了形式、规模和质感，确保了项目的持久魅力与在地性。

The blend of old and new is achieved while respecting the existing house and its rich heritage value. The building blends perfectly into its surroundings and reinterprets form, scale and texture through a modern lens, ensuring the projects enduring charm and location.

COMO TERRACES

场地的语言

本案是一个与众不同的例子，展现了开发商在多层方案中对景观和周边环境的深思熟虑。项目位于南雅拉，毗邻亚历山大大道，由八栋独立的中密度住宅建筑组成。这些建筑的设计灵感源于中央台阶，与周围建筑和城市元素巧妙交织，和谐地融入现有斜坡和地形之中。从远处望去，项目巧妙地利用原生植被的色调，营造出一种融入自然的效果。

This case is a unique example of the developers thoughtful consideration of the landscape and surrounding environment in a multi-storey scheme. The project is located in South Yarra, adjacent to Alexander Avenue, and consists of eight separate medium-density residential buildings. Inspired by the central steps, these buildings are artfully interwoven with surrounding architectural and urban elements, harmoniously blending into the existing slope and topography. Viewed from a distance, the project cleverly uses the tones of native vegetation to create an effect that blends in with nature.

置身其中，仿佛漫步于一个精心设计的嵌入式建筑之中。每栋建筑采用定制的纹理混凝土，展现出中性而微妙的粗糙质感，仿佛从山坡上自然生长而出，与光线相互作用产生迷人的阴影效果。

It is like walking through a carefully designed embedded building. Each building is made of custom-textured concrete, displaying a neutral yet subtle rough texture that seems to grow naturally from the hillside, interacting with light to create a fascinating shadow effect.

尽管场地落差高达26米，但被建筑体量巧妙地分解，使得八栋建筑合起来的观感远小于最初预期。该项目以创新的方式打破了传统上将景观与建筑分开考虑的局限性，实现了两者的完美融合与相互促进。

Although the site has a height of 26 meters, it is cleverly broken down by the building volume, making the combined appearance of the eight buildings much smaller than originally intended. In an innovative way, the project breaks the traditional limitation of considering landscape and architecture separately, and realizes the perfect integration and mutual promotion of the two.
