At the top of a cliff, this detached house looks, silent, to the Mediterranean.the house, achieving comfortability in every part of the house, inside and outside, without ever losing sight sea. Under these premises the main access to housing is developed generating a route that allows you to disseminate and enjoy of the landscape without losing yourself. In this way we have achieved, since you enter the plot, to enjoy a path that surrounds you and surprises you until you stand in front of the main door. The project is mainly developed in a floor where a clear day and night zoning of the spaces has been created so the whole house can be enjoyed respecting the rest and privacy of the most private areas. From the inside, the views to the sea are always maintained, without losing the human scale or turning the house into a showcase, thinking and defining with special care every hole we opened on the facade. The exterior adapts to the Mediterranean way of life creating small meeting spaces for its owners to enjoy, relax or share the environment in which it is located, highlighting the large covered and uncovered terraces, as well as a spectacular swimming pool.
