A lot between two houses with no slope, that presented us a special challenge. From the beginning we had in mind an introverted house, from the outside to the inside, that created its own spaces, its visual frames and its living experiences. Our concept developed from the idea of dividing the lot in a transversal cut, with five concrete walls, each one creating its own space, and at the same time a volume that travels through the house in a longitudinal direction where the three bedrooms are located. The main circulation path moves you through different areas contained in these concrete walls. The volume doesn´t reach the adjoining lots: on the left we find the garden and on the right an indoor patio.

In our materials palette we can find concrete, concrete blocks, steel and glass. It was our intention to create neutral spaces full of light.
