The private sector taking advantage of the situation has completely taken over. Public Space is now available for the right price. The Hotel itself with its lobby, bar and restaurant reinvents public space. 

The Hotel services offered create a life style ready for consumption. Personalised room service is the motto of this Hotel.  A selection of Designer Room interiors is on offer complete with an ‘open’ or ‘isolated’ environment according to the client’s mood.

In an attempt to reinvent Contemporary Public Space the Hotel and the Public Square achieve a state of symbiosis through the intermingling of their spaces.
