Three strategic operations are considered: 'reorder', 'reduce' and 'make green'. Ordering and containing road traffic, leaving generous space for pedestrians and cyclists; Reducing visual noise, using, above all, one material - golden limestone and sanguine - in paving and vertical cladding, showing the traces of history; Re-naturalising the street on three levels, on the ground, green draining paving, above flowering pergolas that provide shade and camouflage parking emergencies, and groups of evergreen trees where possible.
