Las Vegas Convention Center - Phase 3: Renovation

The Renovation is the third phase in the upgrade process of the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. A renovation of the existing  1.94 M  Sf exhibit spaces and façade face-lifting through implementing the newly constructed “Ribbon” concept of Phase II via collaboration among a huge team of Architects and consultants with a budget of $500 M.

A few cost reduction proposals were researched and designed in the Schematic Design phase of the project to achieve the desired Ribbon theme that ties phase 2 to phase three of the project while cutting down on costs.
